The Urban Lounge New Year's Eve boards at Pier 17 at South Street Seaport — the city's best-positioned dock for the midnight fireworks display. The route passes the Statue of Liberty, runs under the Brooklyn Bridge, and returns to the harbor as the clock strikes twelve with a front-row seat to the show.

Dinner is served 9:00–10:30 PM: a three-course seated meal in the climate-controlled main cabin. After dinner, the main deck opens fully for dancing and the open bar runs until 12:30 AM. A dedicated outdoor viewing section at the bow is reserved for the midnight countdown. Tickets are sold by the organizer — NYE Global links out and takes 0% commission.
