Q. What’s the refund policy?
A. All ticket sales are final. We do not provide refunds. However, we understand that emergencies happen. If you’re not able to attend, you can still transfer your tickets to a person of your choosing through EventBrite. For more information please click here.
Q. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A. We would prefer if you bring your ticket with you as a printed copy. However, we can also check your tickets if you save your confirmation email on your smartphone.
Q. Can I update my registration information?
A. Yes, you can log into Eventbrite and update your info. If for any reason you need to replace the names on your ticket please do so by logging into Eventbrite or for detailed instructions please click here.
Q. Can a woman wear a short dress?
A. Yes, short dresses are fine as long as it is elegant and classy. Please keep in mind that this is a red carpet event, and we ask our guests to use their discretion by dressing accordingly.
Q. Can a male guest wear any color suit or tux?
A. We recommend you wear a suit (or tux) but any color is fine. We are fashion forward and encourage creativity with all our guests. However,  please keep in mind that this is a red carpet event, and we ask our guests to use their discretion by dressing accordingly.
Q. Will there be food? 
A. Guests with Reserved Tables and VIP tickets are able to enjoy a great selection of passed hors d’oeuvres, display tables and desserts. If you do not have a reserved table or VIP ticket you will not be granted access to special seating and food options.
Q. Will there be alcohol?
A. The first 200 guests along with all guests who have a table reservation will get a complimentary Champagne Toast upon entrance. We will have two bar stands where our guests can purchase a variety of alcoholic beverages of their choice.
Q. Where can I park?
A. If you and your guests will be drinking that evening we suggest you use ridesharing app like Uber or Lyft. However there are several parking garages right next to the Hotel. Here is a list of the options available:

Q. Will there be valet parking?  
A. Yes there will be valet parking available for a fee directly in front of the hotel entrance.
Q. Are there restaurants you recommend to have dinner beforehand? 
A. There are several restaurants in the heart of Downtown Boston that are all near the Gala Venu. Here are a list of our suggestions: Blu, Teatro Boston, 49 Social, Ostra Boston, Legals – Downtown Crossing and Yvonnes. We also have a page dedicated to this question. Please click here.

Q. Will there be coat check? 
A. Yes there will be a coat check for a nominal $5 fee for all general admission ticket holders. If you purchased a reserved table all members of your group will have complimentary coat check.
Q. Will there be areas designated for the disabled? 
A. Yes the venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
Q. Will there be seating areas for general admissions guests? 
A. No. The seating areas for guests with reserved tables and VIP tickets will not be accessible if you have a general admission ticket. These areas will be surrounded by velvet ropes and security personnel at all times. Guests who violate our policy will be escorted out of the venue by security personnel.
