Cannonball Restaurant and Bar has scheduled its Hogmanay dinner for 31 December 2026, from 9 pm until 1 am on New Year's Day. The venue is at 356 Castlehill on Edinburgh's Royal Mile, beside Edinburgh Castle.

The published price is GBP 190 per person for a five-course tasting menu featuring seasonal Scottish produce. This is the late-evening Hogmanay package, rather than the restaurant's separately advertised early dinner.

Doors open at 9 pm. Full payment is required when reserving and is non-refundable; the restaurant says that castle views cannot be requested or guaranteed for every table.
