The right contact depends on where you completed your purchase.
Event tickets
NYE Global links to external organizers and ticket providers for ticket purchases. For tickets bought on another platform, check that seller's cancellation and refund terms and contact the seller directly. NYE Global cannot refund a transaction it did not process.
NYE Global charges
For a listing upgrade or sponsorship purchased directly from NYE Global, contact us with your order reference and the email used at checkout. We will review the charge against the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Do not send payment card details.
Before booking
Confirm the seller, total price, cancellation rules, and event details before paying. Those details can change and the seller's checkout terms govern its transaction.
