Portland Open Bar Party New Year's Eve

Portland, Maine's bars and waterfront dining can be researched separately from the terms of a New Year's Eve drinks package. When comparing an open-bar offer, look for its service window, included drinks and exclusions, plus any food or seating entitlement. A venue's ordinary bar menu does not answer those questions. Use this guide to narrow the kind of evening you want, then obtain the named operator's dated package before buying.
